Dutch Weave Mesh
The edible oil industry is one of the six key industries served by Yingkaimo Metal Net Co., Ltd. The virgin and refining process require various specifications of stainless steel wire mesh. The material is mainly SS316L/SS904L, the quality of mesh is required to be clean, ultra-flat, and high weaving precision.
In 2019, YKM R&D Center organized the resources of various departments of the whole company to set up a special product development project team, conducted in-depth research from tooling design and raw material performance, formulated material performance and tooling, production process plans to meet product requirements, and automated upgrade of the weaving looms imported from Germany. At the end of 2019, YKM successfully developed 128x36 reverse dutch weave mesh with 1800mm width and 24x110 dutch weave mesh with 1800mm width. After production and laboratory verification, the product quality and flatness fully meet the requirements of customers. Now the batch production is stable.
